Portage Trail Community School (GR. JK-08)

Portage Trail Community School is a JK to Grade 8 school, which opened on September 7, 1999.  The School is named for its proximity to an old portage point on the Humber River.

Our school is located  just off Weston Rd. near Jane St. in the former City of York. There are over 500 children who attend Portage Trail.
