Elia Middle School (GR. 06-08)

Elia Middle School is named after the original farming community of Elia. It is a school with a highly diverse student population. In 2011, Elia became part of the Model Schools for Inner City Program. We achieve student success through the Five Essential Components for Model Schools. They are Innovative Teaching and Learning; Support Services to meet the social, emotional and physical well-being of students; Embracing School as the Heart of the Community; Participating in Research, review and evaluation of students and program; and Sharing Best Practises. We value a strong partnership between our students, staff, parents and community.
