How to Register
We look forward to welcoming you and your children to the TDSB's Extended Day Program!
Families can enroll in the EDP if one is offered at the school where their child is registered as a student. Please find a complete list of our program locations here. You may choose to register using the online registration system or by booking a telephone registration appointment. A one-time registration fee of $50 will be required to hold your space within the program. This fee will be applied to your first payment once programming begins for the school year. For fee information, please visit our Fees and Payments page. Please note that this fee may be waived for families receiving child care fee subsidies.
The Extended Day Program is accepting Waitlist applications for the 2021-2022 school year. Please click “Submit Waitlist Application” below to start the application process.
NOTE: Submitting an application for the 2021-22 school year does not guarantee your family a space in the program.
Should registration applications exceed the operating capacity at an EDP location, those who do not receive placement in the program will be added to a waitlist and notified via email. Additional information about acceptance will be shared with families starting in April 2021.
Please click the link above to start the registration process. Once an application is submitted and a space is available, the information provided (including enrollment and subsidy information) will be confirmed by EDP administration. A member of the EDP administration staff will then email you with a link to pay your $50 registration fee through School Cash Online in order to secure your space in the program.
Once capacities are reached, an applicant's name will remain on the school's program waitlist until a space becomes available. Once a space becomes available in the program at the child's school, a member of the EDP administration team will contact the family to discuss next steps.
