We recognize this is a very challenging and uncertain time as our community comes together to respond to the global pandemic of COVID-19. For many of us, that means staying home and practicing social distancing in an effort to flatten the curve. The stark change from our everyday busy and social lives can be disorienting and this new reality may feel overwhelming. Supporting our mental health and well-being during this time is critical.
