Arbor Glen Public School (GR. JK-05)

 
Arbor Glen Public School, opened in 1975, is located near Steeles Avenue East and Don Mills Road. The school building is a metaphor for literacy, with its open classrooms surrounding the Library and Technology Resource Centre. The school serves students representing more than 25 countries of birth. Approximately 70% of the students speak English as a second language.  Predominant languages represented in the school include Cantonese, Gujarati, Mandarin and Persian. Arbor Glen Community Child Care, housed in our school, provides nursery and before and after school programs.  Arbor Glen is committed to providing quality programs in the Arts, Literacy, Mathematics, Physical Education, Science and Technology and Social Studies.
