Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The Fire Marshal has stated, the Board has agreed, the site administrators have been directed and the teachers should have been informed that - Door Decorating is a thing of the past. Paper is not to be attached to the classroom door. These papers negatively change the fire rating of this door. These decorations need to be removed immediately.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Teacher has been notified and asked to remove door decoration.
