Health & Safety Issue Details	please follow up with staff about mask policy in school.about my visited notice improper use of masks. ie: one staff member mask down on his chin with students in classroom, another in hallway with no masks on.another not wearing a medical grade masks but a fabric one this is not allow .and one wear a fabric mask then a medical grade on top she can wear it like this if the medical grade masks is first then the fabric
