Health & Safety Issue Observed	emergency exits requires review by OH&S. Specify immediate concern
Health & Safety Issue Details	DD special education classroom very confusing as fire exit route does not use the illuminated sign for exit during emergency fire route and egress is blocked by a locked door and padding in a converted room being used as a snozelon room. In the event of an emergency, this could impede safe exit of staff and special education students.

Corrective Action	Principal to contact Assistant Health & Safety Officer for assistance.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal has requested by email the support of the OH&S office to assist with identifying acceptable exit locations. Principal has also spoken with Assistant Officer of OH&S who is looking into the matter further.
