Health & Safety Issue Details	The belt and pulley of this fan unit need to be fully enclosed. The current cover does not completely do that. Newly fabricated covers may be needed to do the job properly. This issue has been reported at least 1 year ago and several times since.

Corrective Action Taken	job was denied and closed said its to manufacturers specs #13127386 will re-enter it.
