Health & Safety Issue Details	This room's only means of ventilation is mechanical air supply and return. BAS settings which control Board-mandated increased fresh air intake may or may not accurately reflect ratios of fresh and recirculated air, depending on actual operation of fans, dampers, etc. Given the risk of aerosol transmission of Covid-19, this room should not be used, and should be closed off, until a certified HVAC engineer can conduct an assessment of the level of fresh air circulation in this space, to ensure its compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 standards, as revised for Covid-19. The Head Caretaker advises that the room is not used for instructional purposes at this time; to augment this hazard control, the door into the room should contain signage warning it's a hazard for aerosol transmission of Covid-19, to prevent OTs or other educators potentially taking students into the space accidentally.
