Educators 4 Engagement (E4E)

Educators 4 Engagement (E4E) TDSB teachers (K-12) E4E is a space where we at PCCEO are passionate about collaborating with teachers, pre-service and Occasional teachers to build and enhance their capability in partnering with parents/caregivers and extending the classroom into the home and the home into the classroom. It also supports parents/caregivers in navigating the classroom and in creating learning opportunities at home.

What is Parent and Caregiver Engagement?
Parent and Caregiver engagement, as outlined in the TDSB's P023 Parent and Caregiver Engagement Policy , refers to parent/guardian/caregiver engagement as a partnership that is equitable and is relational in which goals that support student achievement, well-being, and healthy development at home, school, and in the community are co-constructed with parents/guardians/caregivers and allow for active participation in decision-making or an ability to influence decisions related to their child(ren).
