Who can use SCEA’s free services and resources

We welcome ALL job seekers in Toronto, including:

  • People with a disability
  • People who are underemployed or unemployed
  • Newcomers
  • Ontario Works clients
  • ODSP recipients
  • Youth and adults
  • International students

As a result of recent funding changes by the provincial government, the Scarborough Centre for Employment Accessibility (SCEA) will no longer receive funding as of February 28, 2025 and will have no choice but to close. Our staff  are happy to assist by referral to alternate services. For continued employment assistance, feel free to contact one of our seven Next-Steps Employment Centres.
