The TDSB Arts Department and the Centre of Excellence for Black Student Achievement invite you to Panfest Vybz: A Celebration of Music, Arts, and Community. The event includes a concert featuring the Pan Fantasy Steelband and Winston Churchill CI student steel pan performers, and a series of arts workshops with light refreshments.
