Jean Lumb Public School's Mission Statement
Our school is part of a multi-use facility. We share our campus with Bishop Macdonell CS, part of the TCDSB, Canoe Landing Community and Recreation Centre and Canoe Landing Child Care Centre. When we are at full capacity, we will serve 550 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
We have 16 classrooms; four kindergarten classrooms; arts, science and music rooms; three resource rooms; a meeting room and a shared gymnasium and outdoor play area.
Our building incorporates green initiatives such as a green roof, solar panels and LED lighting.
