Health & Safety Issue Details	Employees voice concerns regarding air quality in the main office and Guidance Student Services. Staff stated the air is quite heave and feels supressed at times causing difficulty breathing, dry throat, itchy/watery eyes, headaches and coughing.Main Office PA system extremely loud hurting ears as a result. Guidance Office Air return air flow not working paper attached to vent not moving.
