Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on windows - Fire Code issue. Windows and doors are considered fire breaks and consequently should never have flammables affixed to them - see photo

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	The chart paper is serving as a blind whilst we await for the arrival of official blinds that have been requested since our move to the school September 2019. We have however removed them whilst school is not in session.
