Health & Safety Issue Details	All 8 windows (1st and 2nd floor) overlooking west roof are in state of disrepair. (1) Most windows do not latch (only one had lock engaged) and are free to pivot. (2) Caulking on window glass is disintegrating, e.g. stage level west wall north end: both windows exposing glass edges of window panes.
