Health & Safety Issue Details	(1) Access to mechanical room courtyard"" is inadequate. Access is only by difficult climb through windows that are very old and cannot be serviced. Courtyard requires extensive cleaning/maintenance due to pigeon visits & fouling of equipment. Same pigeons are also known to break windows and foul equipment in the mechanical room.(2) Mesh over the sky opening to ""courtyard"" still damaged and needs to be repaired to keep the pigeons out.""
