Health & Safety Issue Details	Unable to inspect most mechanical rooms and boiler room because head caretaker said there was work in progress in these places, as well all the keys were out for trades and various workers.

Corrective Action	Caretaker/Principal - Resolution - do what you can to ensure this area/room is accessible to the OH&S inspector at next inspection. If no specific Resolution is required, enter, NO ACTION required.
Corrective Action Taken	We have crews from Active , HTL, AFC, Mitchell Mechanical working in C1, C2, Library, 5th Floor Fan Rooms Room 109, Boiler room & various Mechanical rooms throughout the 1st Flr. & Basement areas , plus Unassigned staff and board Trades personal All requiring Keys. These areas are construction site at present . Also I have 4 sets of keys and they were all signed out Which I told the inspector , a set was provided by the main office. Also we have a posted construction site for underground garage and field area, as well. this includes exit #9 and stairs to basement areas in new wing including pool filter room and tunnel areas also pool is drained and closed at present time.
