Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Heritage Building boiler room is not being used as the main boiler room. The boilers are extinct in that building.There are no mechanical fans operating in the fan room of the Heritage Building.
