Health & Safety Issue Details	Phone is in room but it is recommended to add Staff directory including Office extension since not all schools are using the same extension number. Occasional Staff may not know Office extension when an emergency situation presents itself.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
