Health & Safety Issue Details	Wooden hand rails in need of repair: (1) bottom 1 foot segment at 1st floor, on side towards Exit 2, is very wobbly and appears ready to break off main railing soon. (2) several screw threads loose and/or stripped on wood rail, on side towards 107, for half of the railing length (along lower half of stairs) -- and 2nd mounting bracket from bottom of stairs is actually unattached from the wood rail.
