Health & Safety Issue Details	The belts and pulleys of the 3 fan units in this room need to be fully enclosed. The temporary additions do not completely do that. Newly fabricated covers may be needed to do the job properly. Unit # 10002253, 10002068, 10002078. This issue has been reported at least 1 year ago and several times since.
