Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	Wood dust on out of reach areas of room, too high for someone to clean without a ladder, has been reported numerous times over the past year & has never been cleaned.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor are reminded of their requirement to respond to all hazards within 21 days. The completed inspection report is to be 'printed' and then posted on the Health & Safety bulletin Board.
Corrective Action Taken	Head caretaker has put in notification for task force to come in and address. We are waiting on them to come in.
