Health & Safety Issue Details	14 rung ladder to roof requires a cage at top to prevent fall hazard. This hazard was reported in July & September 2019 & in February 2020, but has yet to be resolved.

Corrective Action Taken	This is NOT a REPEAT item. Notification #13383351 was entered post July audit. Item was addressed - Awaiting Resolution notification #13383351 was put on July5, 2019. Maintenance said it is not tall enough to require a cage.
