Health & Safety Issue Details	Numerous light fixtures are still missing covers/diffusers. This hazard was first reported in February 2020, and again in July 2020, but has yet to be resolved.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	The Library reconstruction has not yet been completed. Please refer back to the previous list of corrective actions where this was CLEARLY indicated. It would be prudent to ask about an item such as this before it is reported. Notification 13503619 was created previously however for obvious reasons, has not been filled. The reconstruction project will not be completed unless all items are addressed.
