Corrective Action	There is a ladder fastened to the wall that comes off the wall and hooks on to horizontal bar. Person is able to then climb ladder, and crawl onto ramp into fan room above stage. This is certainly not an ideal way to enter the fan room. However, it has been in play since 1961. HC is open to have a new means created
