Health & Safety Issue Details	One cart does not have four lipped sides - see photo. This is a TDSB requirement for carts used in prep areas and associated with the transportation of chemicals.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure the Curriculum Leader obtains new equipment or disposes of carts that do not meet TDSB requirements for the transportation of chemicals. Additional information is available on the Science Safety webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Room 137 is only a storage room. There are no chemicals in the room and it is not used as a Chem prep area. The cart in the room is not used to transport chemicals.
