Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There is a powerbar to extension cord to a powerbar. A better solution to avoid using an extension cord as permanent wiring would be to just use a long powerbar. See photo. As well, the network cable on the floor (wrapped around the room) could be instead fed through the ceiling rafters and dropped down to where the LCD projector is. Or, the network connection could be moved closer to where the LCD projector is. The network cable on the floor is a potential trip hazard.
