Health & Safety Issue Observed	emergency exit door - mechanical malfunction on exit door
Health & Safety Issue Details	Alternate Fire Exit Route Door is locked, two doors required to exit safely. The outside exit door has a latch that is difficult to use. Both doors should have a push bar as this is a designated fire exit route out of high risk Tech Shop Classroom. Repeat for years.
