Health & Safety Issue Observed	Staff/student observed drinking directly from a drinking fountain
Health & Safety Issue Details	Did not witness the fountain in use, but the water bottling refill station outside room 105 has running water supply to the integrated drinking fountain fixture in the station. This should be shut off internally if possible, or a cap should be taped over the button so that students do not accidentally use the fountain when educators are unable through no fault of their own to effectively keep an eye on all students in the hallway.

Corrective Action	Principal to remind staff/student that drinking fountains are not to be used at this time. Only bottle filling is allowed at designated fixtures.
Corrective Action Taken	email to all staff to talk with students about water fountains closed and only filling stations are to be used - also sent to daycare supervisor - we are in remote learning currently
