Health & Safety Issue Details	Head Caretaker reports that since the upgrade of exterior windows at the site, there is no safe access to any rooves except those furthest west (roof sections D and A5). This prevents caretaking staff from regularly inspecting sections of the roof which may contain standing water, damage to roofing surface or even membranes, significantly increasing risk of water damage to building envelope and interior. Safe access needs to be constructed.
