- Essential Skills Upgrading, Welcoming Communities, and LINC - Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada classes are closed from Monday, December 25th, 2023 through Friday, January 5th, 2024.
- All seven Next-Steps Employment Centres across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be closed from Monday, December 25th through Thursday, December 28th, 2023 and on Monday, January 1st, 2024.
- All other programs will be closed and/or non-operational from Monday, December 25th through Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 and on Monday, January 1st, 2024:
- On the Road Construction Program
- On the Line Culinary Program
- Studio500 Hairstylist Program
- Newcomer Services Centre in Malvern
- Scarborough Centre for Employment Accessibility
- Enhanced Language Training
