Reporting:

Parent/Custodian and student report to International Students and Admissions Office with the following documents:

  • Study Permit (copy only)
  • Passport (copy only)
  • Notarized Custodian Documents (2 copies)
  • Proof of address of Custodian/Parent (two pieces)
    • Lease agreement or Property tax bill AND Current utility bill (Hydro, Water, Gas or Cable), home telephone bill or bank statement.
  • Missing documents listed in the Official Letter of Acceptance Package (copy only)
  • Completed Newcomer Profile Form (2 copies)
  • Immunization Record (copy only)

Registration:

Upon completion of the reporting process the Custodian/Parent will receive a registration package to bring to the designated school.

Orientation:

An information session where additional details about the TDSB and the International Student Program will be available. All custodians of new students are required to participate.

Assessment:

After the reporting process the student will receive a package that will be taken with them to the assessment centre. Student will complete an assessment (ESL and Math) at one of the TDSB Reception Centres

Registration:

Upon completion of the assessment, the Custodian/Parent and Student will take the results to their designated school to select their courses and complete their registration.

Orientation:

An information session where additional details about the TDSB and the International Student Program will be available. All custodians of new students are required to attend the session.
