The TDSB - Community Services Unit operates and offers these free* programs and services to community members' support employment goals. Registration is required and individuals must meet eligibility criteria to access services.
- Next-Steps Employment Centres provide job seekers and employers with a full range of free employment/recruitment services and supports at 7 locations - Toronto, Mississauga and Vaughan.
- Enhanced Language Training (ELT) is a FREE 14-week program that includes eight weeks of in-class business English training followed by a six-week work placement to gain Canadian experience.

For companies and organizations looking to hire or provide staff training, we also offer help with the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) application.
