Research tells us that physically active students are not only healthier and happier, but also learn better. That's why we take seriously our responsibility to promote daily healthy and active behaviours.
At the TDSB, we have nutrition programs to help your child get their day started right. Our health and physical education curriculum will ensure that your child will have 20 minutes of daily physical activity on those days were they do not have scheduled Physical Education classes. Learning at the TDSB does not stop when the bell rings; we have several after school programs to keep your child active.
