Annual Plans

Years of Action

The Years of Action plan is about every student, every school, every day. It is an ambitious, inclusive and actionable vision which represents and affects our entire TDSB community, including students, staff, parents and the public.

We must work every day to ensure that our students get the most from their time at the TDSB and become confident, motivated and enthusiastic learners and citizens. Every decision we make and action we take must and will support students.

Director's Annual Report

Under the Education Act, the Director of Education is responsible for developing an annual plan and reporting on the Board's accomplishments each year. You can read the entire Annual Report for the 2011-2012 school year and 2013 Annual Report in Director Donna Quan's section of the website.

Board Improvement Plan for Student Achievement

Each year, the TDSB creates a Board Improvement Plan for Student Achievement to set out specific goals and actions that we will take to improve student learning and achievement in the coming year. Each goal and action detailed in the plan also includes monitoring and evaluation criteria so that we are accountable for what we set out to do.
